Returns & Exchanges

At CAMILLA, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if your pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
